PARADISE

Paradise, an unimaginable, beautiful place was prepared for those who believe in the basics of Islam and do accordingly in practice.
Holy Quran as well as numerous sayings of the Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) cast the light on the glimpse of its beauty and comfort. Placing some headings, we will try to describe it in brief.

THE LARGEST PLACE

Paradise is a very huge place. According to the Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) it has hundred compartments and the distance between two of them is equal to the distance between heaven and earth. And the “Firdaus” is on the very top of them all.

To realize its greatness, one can also read the Hadith that has been narrated by Abu Said Khudri (May Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (Peace be upon him) said, “Paradise has a tree like a rider that’s on a fast running horse for hundred years can not cross it’s shade.”

Holy Quran also guides us to realize the vast dimensions like those of earth and heaven combined.
( Go forward to seek the forgiveness of your Lord and to a Paradise as vast as the heaven and the earth, which has been readied for those who have faith in Allah and His Prophets. )
[Holy Quran, Chapter: 57, Verse: 21]

UTMOST BEAUTY AND COMFORT

Paradise is very big in area as well as extremely beautiful, appealing, striking, and good-looking.
Describing its beauty and lovely outlook, our Prophet (Peace be upon him) said, “Allah, the Exalted, says, “I have prepared for my obedient servants a place that no eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no one has ever thought of…..”

Water canal is on the run in the Paradise, which of course adds more to its beauty. Allah, the Exalted, says:
(For those who believe and do righteous deeds will be in the Paradise; beneath which rivers flow; that is the great triumph.)
[Holy Quran, Chapter: 85, Verse: 11]

Sleeping arrangements for settlers in Paradise is very comfortable and excellent. Regarding it, Allah, the Exalted, says:
(Reclining on green beds and painted lovely carpets)
[Holy Quran, Chapter: 55, Verse: 76]

Of course, the paradise is more beautiful than this world, even an inch of its area is more beautiful than this temporary world and what’s in it.

Residents in Paradise will enjoy a life that will never get an end, with a good health and strong muscle.
Narrated by Abu Said Khudri that Noble Prophet Muhammad ( Peace be upon him) said, “A caller will announce to the residents of Paradise, “It has been decided that you would be healthy, and never get sick, you will be alive forever and never die, you would be young and never get old, and you would be under the shower of blessings of Allah, the Exalted, and will never be given any hard time.

There will be total peace and stability. Bad manners; whatever it would be, will have no place to stay therein.
(No empty talk will they hear in Paradise, nor any lie)
[Holy Quran, Chapter: 78, Verse: 35]

They will be given Hoor, a highly beautiful creation to serve them and fulfill their needs.

FOOD AND DRINKS

Residents in Paradise will be served delicious foods and drinks. They will have fruits and whatever they may wish. Allah, the Exalted, says:
(There are fruits for them in the Paradise and there is for them whatever they ask. )
[Holy Quran, Chapter: 36, Verse: 57]

According to the Scholars of Islam, they will be given some fruits that look like those of in this world, but their taste will be unique and mouth-watering.
( Whenever they would be provided a fruit to eat, they would say looking at its shape, this is what had been given before, and that was given to them resembling in shape. )
[Holy Quran, Chapter: 2, Verse: 25]

They will be provided with foods every time; morning and evening
(And for them there is their sustenance, morning and evening)
[Holy Quran, Chapter: 19, Verse: 62]

There will be plenty of foods that never finish nor any shortage in regular supply would be expected, Allah, the Exalted, says:
(Undoubtedly, this is our sustenance, which will never finish)
[Holy Quran, Chapter: 38, Verse: 54]

In Paradise, there will be different kinds of drinks available for them. Giving description of them, Allah, the Exalted, says:
(The description of the Paradise which the Allah-fearing are promised: wherein there are rivers of water which does not stale, and rivers of milk; the taste of which does not alter, and rivers of wine; delightful to those who drink it, and rivers of honey of all impurity cleansed. )
[Holy Quran, Chapter: 47, Verse: 15]

Although wine will be served in Paradise, it’s effect would be totally different than of this world.
(A cup will be passed around among them from unsullied springs, white colored, delightful to those who drink it, no intoxication will be in it, and they will not get drunk thereon.)
[Holy Quran, Chapter: 37, Verses: 45, 46, 47]

After eating and drinking, they will never feel to go to the restrooms nor they will spit as the Prophet (Peace be upon him) informing his companions. said, “Residents in Paradise will eat and drink but they will not spit nor they urinate or discharge stool or boggier. However, their foods will go away through burp having smell of Musk……”

DRESSES

Residents of Paradise will be provided the best of all dresses they had been using in this world. According to the information provided by the Holy Quran, dresses made nicely out of silk will be presented for them.
( Garden of Eternity will they enter, therein will they be adorned with bracelets of gold and pearls; and their garments there will be of silk. )
[Holy Quran, Chapter: 35, Verse: 33]

Their extremely beautiful dresses will never get old as the Prophet (Peace be upon him) said, “Whoever will get into Paradise, will be provided enough comfort that he never feel any trouble. His dress will not get old nor will his youth power meet an end.”
